Upon completion of every level, a certificate will be issued from the Department of Education. A Diploma will be issued by the Department of Education on completion of N6 as well as two (2) years on the job training/attachment in the relevant industry
The qualification is made up of the following modules which are done over a period of 24 months.
Foundation Certificate (N1-N2): Engineering Mathematics, Building Science, Building Drawing, Bricklaying Plastering Theory. Electives: Carpentry & Roofing Theory, Plumbing Theory, Plating & Structural Steel Drawing.
National Certificate (N3): Engineering Mathematics, Building Science, Building Drawing, Building & Civil Technology.
National Certificate (N4 + N5 + N6): Engineering Mathematics, Building & Structural, Surveying, Building & Structural Construction Building Administration. Elective: Quantity
