Course Duration and Intakes

The Procurement Officer course at Greenview College spans one year, offering students a structured pathway into the field of supply chain and procurement management. The programme combines both theoretical learning and practical application, ensuring students gain hands-on experience in real procurement processes such as sourcing, supplier evaluation, and purchasing operations.

The course has three intakes per year, which take place in January, June, and September. Students will participate in continuous assessments and practical training throughout the year, leading up to national examinations held in March and October/November. Upon successful completion, learners are awarded an occupational certificate: Procurement Officer (SAQA QUAL ID 111445).
