Registration Terms and Conditions

Please read these registration terms and conditions carefully before enrolling at Greenview College. By registering, you agree to comply with the college’s policies regarding attendance, fees, assessments, and student conduct

Attendance and Academic Requirements

  • Failure to attend lectures for any reason does not entitle a student to a reduction in fees or any other changes. Students must meet all academic requirements before they are admitted to write their final examinations.
  • Applicants are responsible for attending classes and meeting all minimum course requirements. The college may restrict access to assessments if these requirements are not met.
  • Students who fail to pay their monthly fees will not be permitted to write monthly tests. Monthly fees are payable on the 1st of every month, unless a written payment arrangement has been approved by the Campus Manager.

Registration, Fees and Cancellation

  • Greenview College reserves the right to create and enforce rules and regulations. By registering, every student agrees to comply with these rules throughout their studies.
  • Students who cancel their studies remain bound by the college’s cancellation procedures.

Important Notice

Registration fees and deposit fees are strictly non-refundable if a student decides not to continue with their studies at Greenview College.

  • All registrations are regarded as full-year registrations unless otherwise stated at the time of registration.
  • Any request to change registration status (for example annual to semester, semester to trimester, or full-time to part-time) must be submitted in writing to the Centre Manager or Principal within 30 days of the current trimester. A written response will be provided within 30 days.

Student Responsibilities

  • Students must complete all registration forms accurately and submit them before the deadlines set by Greenview College and the relevant examining bodies.
  • Students should verify their examination entries and preliminary examination schedules to ensure that all information is correct.
  • The college will not be responsible for any inconvenience resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the student.
  • Students, parents, or guardians must notify the college immediately of any changes to addresses, contact numbers, or other important information to maintain effective communication.

Payment Policy

  • Students must settle all outstanding course fees before they are allowed to sit for their final examinations.
  • Students paying monthly remain responsible for the full course fees as stated in their quotation.
  • Payment arrangements for the 16th, 25th, or 26th of the month may only be approved in writing by the Campus Manager. Students or parents must keep proof of the approved arrangement until the end of the academic year.

College Rights

  • Greenview College reserves the right to use photographs or images taken of students for promotional purposes. Students will not claim compensation for such use.
  • The registration form remains the property of Greenview College. Any person found in possession of an illegally obtained registration form bearing the signature of a Greenview College representative may face legal prosecution.
  • In circumstances beyond the college’s control, including natural disasters or other unforeseen events, the college may temporarily suspend classes. Every reasonable effort will be made to resume teaching as soon as possible.

Student Conduct

Students must behave responsibly at all times. Any learner involved in unruly, threatening, aggressive, intimidating, or disruptive behaviour, or who fails to follow instructions from facilitators, administrators, or authorised officials, may face disciplinary action. Depending on the severity of the misconduct, this may result in suspension or permanent expulsion without a refund.

International Students

International applicants must provide proof of sufficient financial resources for their studies by paying 50% of the annual course fees before registration.

Safety and Liability

Greenview College strives to maintain a safe learning environment for all students. However, while every reasonable effort is made to ensure safety, the college cannot accept liability for any bodily injury sustained on or around the campus. First aid assistance will be provided where necessary.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering at Greenview College, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Registration Terms and Conditions. Students agree to comply with all college policies and procedures throughout their period of study.
