COURSE BACKGROUND
Studio Work (N4 – N6) Course Overview
The Studio Work (N4 – N6) course is a structured vocational training program designed to equip learners with the technical, theoretical, and practical knowledge needed to succeed in the music and audio industries. This qualification prepares students to become effective Sound & Music Professionals by combining studio and live environment training.
Students will complete N4, N5, and N6 in Studio Work either separately with breaks in between or in an extended 18-month study period. Following this, learners can apply their knowledge through workplace experience. Graduates are well-prepared to pursue careers as Sound Technicians, Music Producers, and Studio Engineers within the Music and Audio industries.

National Senior Certificate (Grade 12). If you are currently in Grade 12 you apply with your final grade 11 results and the most up-to-date grade 12 results. Should you be accepted on the above you are still required to pass Grade 12. Students who do not meet this requirement may apply for special consideration for admission.
